We may offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for eligible jewelry items.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear, improper care, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

Depending on the item and situation, the limited warranty may cover:

• Manufacturing defects
• Defective clasps
• Loose stones caused by manufacturing issues
• Structural defects present upon arrival

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Scratches
• Tarnishing
• Discoloration due to chemicals or improper care
• Broken chains caused by pulling or misuse
• Lost items
• Lost stones due to impact or wear
• Damage caused by water, perfume, lotion, sweat, or chemicals
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by resizing, repair, or modification by another jeweler
• Damage caused by improper storage

Jewelry Care Instructions

To keep your jewelry in good condition:

• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping
• Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, chemicals, and cleaning products
• Store jewelry in a dry pouch, box, or separate compartment
• Clean gently with a soft cloth
• Avoid pulling chains or applying pressure to delicate parts
• Keep jewelry away from children and pets
